• Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once an order is placed, it will be confirmed via email and/or SMS.

• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, no cancellation will be entertained.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or policy violations.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

• We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways. Amasha Lifestyle does not store your payment information on its servers.

• Shipping charges (if any) are clearly mentioned at checkout before final confirmation of the order.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered within 3–5 business days.

• We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1000 within India. A nominal fee of ₹150 is charged on orders below ₹1000.

• For international deliveries, shipping costs are charged at actuals.

• A tracking number is shared with customers once the order is dispatched.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• We do not offer refunds.

• Replacements or exchanges are offered only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged in transit

  • Wrong product received

• Replacement/exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery and supported with photographic evidence.

• Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse or abuse any feature of the site including spamming, posting offensive content, or violating any applicable laws.
