Shipping Policy
Order Dispatch: All orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.
Delivery Timeline: Orders are expected to be delivered within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹1000/- across India.
- Orders below ₹1000/- will incur a shipping charge of ₹150/-.
- International orders are shipped at the actual shipping cost.
Tracking: A tracking number will be shared via email and SMS once the order is shipped. Customers can track their orders in real-time through the provided link.
Order Cancellation
- Order cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order.
- No cancellations will be accepted after the 24-hour window.
Return & Refund Policy
The return policy applies only to new and unused products, and is valid within 3 days of delivery.
All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. As a result, the chances of receiving a damaged product are minimal.
Please note: We have a strict NO REFUND policy.
Exchange/Replacement Policy
As per our policy for fashion jewellery, the replacement/exchange will be delivered within 10 days of receiving the complaint in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged in transit
- Wrong product delivered
To initiate an exchange/replacement:
Email us at enquiry@amashalifestyle.com within 3 days of receiving the product to submit your complaints.
Attach photographic proof showing:
- Damaged parcel
- Damaged product
- Mismatch with the product shown on our website
Conditions for Exchange/Replacement
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact
- Products with tags removed will be considered used and will not be eligible for exchange
- If the desired replacement product is unavailable/out of stock, you may choose an alternative product of equal or higher value. Any price difference for higher value products must be paid online through our platform
- Once your exchange request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the product within 5 days
- The replacement will be processed only after we receive the product in a saleable condition.
Note: The management’s decision will be final on all matters of exchange/replacement
